KV,IIT presently known as KV, JNU campus established in 1972 at IIT,ND and shifted to its present location in 1983 and since then it is known as KV,JNU campus ,New Delhi.

The Chief Guest of this function was Bishop of Delhi.

>> Hindi Academy, Delhi honoured Dr Manju Rani Singh with Hindi Shikshak Samman 2008-09 on Teacher's Day. The Chief Minister of Delhi Mrs Shila Dixit awarded her for outstanding services in the field of education.

>>> Mrs. P. Chauhan had been selected by Microsoft Training Program to visit Honkong w.e.f. 03.11.08 to 06.11.08.

>>> Mr.S.M.Garg, Principal, was honoured by Vidyashree Award for his meritorious services in the field of Education by Vidyashree Social & Cultural Society, New Delhi on 17th December, 2008.

>>> Dr. Manju Rani Singh, PGT(Hindi) received BOLT (Broard Out look Learner Teacher) Award of AIR INDIA. She got 1st prize at District level for her outstanding contribution towards environment as a responsible and active citizen.

>>> Mrs. Manju Rani Singh, PGT (Hindi) was honored with KVS Incentive Award in 2005.

>>> Mrs. Manju Rani Singh participated in World Peace Prayer Ceremony held in Japan in 2005. She swung India’s National Flag during the Peace Ceremony organized by World Peace Prayer Society of Japan.

>>> Smt. Savita Bawa attended the Professional Development Programme for Indian & Pakistani Teachers in UCLA California from 24.06.2007 to 06.08.2007.

>>> Mrs. Tishya Kumar TGT Social Science from NMR JNU New Delhi visited Japan in 2001 in the month of June for 2 weeks on a Teacher's Exchange Program..

>>> Microsoft India Shiksha held a competition in Integration of technology in teaching and learning. there were 29000 participants from Government and private schools of India. twelve winners were given the Microsoft National Award. Ms. Pamela Chauhan T.G.T. English made her school and K.V.S. proud by being one of the ten winners.

>>> Microsoft under the name partner in learning regional Innovative Teachers Conference, 2008 held a Competition in Vietnam Hanoi in April. 10 winners were announced among 210 world teachers. Ms Pamela Chauhan T.G.T. English, KV JNU was announced the winner from India and brought laurels for KV JNU & KVS.
