Hindi Academy Delhi honored 22 students of KVJNU with Student Talent Award 2007–08 on 10^th – 12^th

January 2009 at National Bal Bhawan , New Delhi. These Students Scored 85% and above Marks in the

Overall pass percentage of class X and XII was 91.42% and 96.74%.

GAURANG KHATRI secured highest marks 89.6% in class X.
SUPRIYA BAJAJ 91.2% in XII science stream.
ASHISH OJHA got 90.8% in commerce.
GEETA SAHU got 89.6% in humanities.
GEETA SAHU XII F got cash award of 5000/-from KVS for making 0.1% layer of CBSE.
AMRITA PATNAIK XII F secured 96% in history.

KVS Merit Award 2006 was given to Kumari Geeta Sahu of Class XII, Humanities Stream. She secured 14th position in KVS in AISSCE 2005-06 conducted by CBSE. She received a cheque of Rs. 5000/- alongwith a merit certificate.
RAHUL TIWARI V E & PRATEEK JAIN, II F secured 1st position in painting competition organised by WHO(ORS).
Nikita Chadha, IX F got First Position and won a laptop, Trophy and certificate in Sixth All India Cyber Olympiad organized by National Olympiad Foundation on 26th August 2006.
Prabir Kumar Talukdar, class XII got a memento as token of appreciation and a certificate in International Innovation Day on 15th October 2006.
In KVS Ninth Junior Mathematic Olympiad Master Bonis Tomar and Vidit of class XII got 27th and 28th rank respectively in the merit of among first 500 students in KVS.
In KVS(DR) Inter-School Elocution Competition during Vigilance Awareness Week, Master Gurang Khartri, XII A got 2nd Position in English Elocution & received Rs 300/- cash prize & a certificate and Madhavi Jha of IX F got 2nd Position in Hindi Elocution Competition & received Rs 300/- cash prize & a certificate.
In Inter-School Painting Competition of KVS (DR), Shabnam Shah got 1st Prize of Rs 500/- and a Certificate & Master Deepak Rana won 2nd Prize of Rs 300/- and a certificate.
Priyanka Kapoor, Suruchi, Preeti in Antakshari Contest and Iti Chaturvedi, Manushi Gupta in Debate Competition got 2nd Runner Prize as Rs. 666/- received as a cheque in Antakshari Contest held on 22nd April 2006 and Debate Competition during the Cicero’s Challenge 2006 organised by Indian Institute of Planning & Management.

National Sanskrit Competition organized by NCERT in session 2006-07 Kumari Priyanka XI, Aarti XI, Swati, Sunita VIII, Sanskar of IX class participated in Group Song Competition & got 1st Prize.
Chetna Tyagi of Class XII got 2nd Prize in Essary Writing Competition organized by National Federation of Indian Women. She got 1500/- cash award & a merit certificate.
Somaya of XII F and Madhavi of IX F represented Delhi & Dehradun Region at National level in Hindi Debate Competition.
Nitish Kumar Singh and Arpita Sahu, XII were winner in Creative Writing and Story Writing Competition respectively organized by KATHA (N.G.O.) on Katha Utsav for Celebrating 60 Years of Indian Independence on 24th August 2007.
Aakansha Bahuguna, VIII D got 2nd position at NCR level in Quiz Contest organized by Vivekanand Kendra.
Rajni Tokas of class XII got scholarship of Rs. 6600/- for swimming from Indian Sports Authority in 2006.
Sandeep Rawat XII & Sushant XI in Boxing got scholarship in 2006 of Rs. 6600/- from Sports Authority of India (SAI).

Overall pass percentage of class X and XII was 88.28% and 87.76%

Nikhil Maheshwari of class XII got Certificate of Merit from CBSE for outstanding performance by making 0.1% layer of CBSE in the subject Hindi (Core) in the year 2007.
