Inservice Course for PGT Physics :

The 12 days In-service course for PGT Physics was organised in the vidyalaya from 9th May 2011 to 20th May 2011.

First Workshop of Robotics Club:

The 5 days workshop of Robotics club was organised in the vidyalaya from 24th May 2011 to 28th May 2011 under the guidance of IIT, Delhi Students of Mechanical & Electrical Engg.

International Year of Chemistry 2011(IYC 2011):

Celebrating IYC 2011 to mark 100th anniversary of Mme Marie Curie Nobel Prize. Various activities are going on in this regard. The are :

  • Display Board Decoration (Topic- Chemistry, an integral part of life & Mme Marie Curie)
  • Paper Reading Competition in Morning Assembly

Van Mahotsava:

Celebrating Van Mahotsava by plantation by Principal, Sh S.M.Garg & Vice Principals, Smt. Kusum Dhawan & Sh. Rajesh Saxena with Students of various classes on 25th July, 2011.

July 2011 – School  Inspection.

School inspection was held in the month of July 2011. Principals from various schools had come for this purpose. Special morning assembly was performed.

The following activities were performed on the occasion.

·         Presentation of bouquet to the distinguish guests

Independence Day Celebration

65th Independence Day was celebrated in Vidyalaya campus with great zeal and enthusiasm. Large number of students participated in the program.

After hosting the national flag, the chief guest Sh. S.M.Garg, Principal of the vidyalaya, enjoyed the cultural feast presented by the students. The function concluded   the chief guest message.

Sep. 2011 Investiture Ceremony: - Investiture  ceremony is a very special part of school activities. It was conducted with exuberance and enthusiasm on 1st Sept 2011. During the ceremony school captains and vice-captains have been selected.

Teachers Day Celebration

05 Sept 2011

Teachers Day   was celebrated on 5th September  2011 with full zeal and zest. The program began with lightening of lamp and offering floral tribute to Dr S.Radha Krishnan, a born teacher,  who rose up to become the president of India. The pupil teachers expressed their warm regards to their teachers and presented a cultural program in the honour of teachers.

On September 05, 2011 Students of K.V. J.N.U. attended the function of ‘National Award to Teachers’ on Teachers Day at Vigyan Bhawan. The melodious choir group of the school sang patriotic songs and National Anthem. Their performance was appreciated by the President of India Smt Pratibha Devi Singh Patil and august gathering.

 

20th September: - Bal Ratna Khoj -2011 quiz organized  by Kabir Peace Mission and satyam  fashion institute was conducted in K.V.JNU . The subject of 2011 events in “our Governance”, at present this subject is very important as our nation is undergoing an important phase and all round there is demand  for clean and efficient Governance.

International year of Chemistry 2011 was celebrated in K.V. JNU, following programs were conducted in which students of all levels participated with great enthusiasm.
